I wish I was savvy with the internet. It took me about four months, 26 calls to WordPress’ web support and £16.28 every month just to set-up and host this, frankly, mediocre site.

Meanwhile, somewhere in the world, one genius has created a website solely for the purpose of determining whether or not Spider-Man has returned to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

After it was announced that Marvel and Sony had effectively ended their relationship in regards to the Spider-Man film rights, meaning Tom Holland may never play Spider-Man again, two things happened; I sobbed uncontrollably for hours on end, possibly dehydrating from the eyes, and the other involved a website being made that gave you a yes or no answer as to whether or not Spidey would return to the MCU.

I give you the totally real, and genuinely-not-a-joke site; IsSpiderManBackInTheMCU.com. If you could open Spotify and play some dramatic music now, that would really help set the scene.

As of yet, according to the site – and every source on the internet – Tom won’t be reprising his role of Spider-Man in any upcoming Marvel movies soon, but that could change as it’s rumoured that Sony and Disney are still hashing things out.

That’s not to say that we won’t be seeing Tom Holland on our screens any time soon – Avengers directors, the Russo Brothers, have cast Tom in their upcoming drama, Cherry, while he is also set to star in Pixar’s Onward, and alongside Robert Downey Jr. in The Voyage of Doctor Dolittle. But don’t take my word for it – take my word for it, by checking out all of Tom Holland’s upcoming (and rumoured) movie roles. If that wasn’t a sick plug, I don’t know what is.
